Biography:		Paul R. Mazzoni focuses his practice in the areas of wills and estates, federal and state criminal law, personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Mazzoni is a former two-term District Attorney of Lackawanna County, a former referee for the Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Fund, solicitor for the Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority and former Solicitor for the Valley View School District. Born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, Mr. Mazzoni is a graduate of the University of Scranton (A.B., 1956) and the Georgetown University Law School (LL.B., 1959). He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (1962) and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court He is a member of the Lackawanna County Bar Association (President, 1993), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Mazzoni is fluent in Italian. He is AV Rated
