Rocco V. Valvano, Jr. focuses his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, as well as personal injury and wrongful death matters. He is also a licensed Chicago Title Insurance Agent.
A Scranton native, he is a graduate of the University of Scranton (B.S., cum laude, 1993) and the Widener University Law School (J.D., 1997). He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (1997) and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Valvano served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard P. Conaboy, Senior Judge, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania (1997-1999) and the Honorable Robert A. Mazzoni, Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas (2001).
He is a member of the Lackawanna County Bar Association (Director, Young Lawyers Division, 2000-2004), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers.
